This is going to SUCK!!
I'm going to try something brand new (for me)... and I am going to SUCK at it. Like… really suck. 😆 And I’m honestly so excited about it. Because in my mind, I can already see future me. Future me is smiling... Future me has new skills... Future me learned a bunch of cool stuff... Future me is proud that he started. But there’s only one way to get there. You have to be willing to walk through the part where you're not good yet. You have to embrace the sucky stage. That stage where you’re awkward... Where you make mistakes... Where you feel like a beginner (maybe even an imposter). That takes strength and courage. Because real growth requires something most people avoid: 👉 Being willing to admit you have weaknesses. 👉 Being willing to look a little foolish. 👉 Being willing to be bad before you're good. But here’s the truth... Growth lives on the other side of that moment. So here’s the question for the HuRU Crew: What’s something new you’ve been thinking about starting — even though you know you’ll probably suck at it at first? 👇 Vote in the poll and drop your number in the comments.

Spring Forward?... Nah, I Don't Think So
As a brand new Arizona resident, this is the first time in my life... I did absolutely nothing for Daylight Saving Time. 😎 No changing clocks. No waking up confused. No wondering why my microwave and car disagree about what time it is. Apparently the entire state of Arizona looked at the whole “let’s all pretend time moved an hour” idea and collectively said: “Yeah… we’re good.” Meanwhile the rest of the country is wandering around the morning like: “Why am I tired?” “Why is it dark?” “Why is my dog mad at me?” 🐕 Arizona just sitting over here like: ☀️ Same sun 🕒 Same time 😌 Same vibes Proof that time really is a construct… and some places simply opted out. Anyone else tired of the Daylight Saving shuffle? Or are you a “keep it forever” person? Drop your vote below 👇Keep it… or cancel it?

Did you get your Two-A-Day today?
One of the simplest disciplines in building a business — especially in network marketing — is getting two exposures every day. But let’s zoom out for a second. What would happen to your network, your business, and even your life if you simply committed to meeting two new people every day and learning something about them? Not pitching. Not selling. Just connecting. Two people a day. That’s 730 new connections in a year. Now ask yourself this: Where would you be today if you had done that every day for the last year? And even more important... Where will you be a year from now if you start today? The truth is, it doesn’t have to be complicated. Sometimes it’s as simple as asking: “Who are you… and what do you do?” Hu R U? So let’s check in with the Crew: 👇 Did you get your Two-A-Day today? If meeting new people feels uncomfortable, what holds you back? Share it. Someone here may have the exact tip that helps you push past it. And if you already do this consistently, what’s your go-to approach for starting the conversation? Let’s help each other get better at the simple disciplines that compound over time.

Never thought it this way @Brennan Thompson . Something I will work into my daily schedule.
🚨 RAW CHECK-IN, HuRU Crew 🚨
No fluff. No highlight reel. What is the SINGLE BEST thing you’ve learned here on Skool? Not conceptual. Not five things. Not a list. 👉 The ONE lesson that actually shifted something for you. Why did it hit so hard? And more importantly... how have you USED it? Because knowledge is cute. Execution is everything. Drop your answer below — your insight might be exactly what someone else in this crew needs to hear today. 👇🔥

Culture Isn't Accidental
HuRU Crew 🔥 I came across a quote that got me thinking: “Culture = Values + Behavior” ~ Lt. Gen. George Flynn, USMC (Ret.) Simple. Direct. Powerful. Let’s unpack that for a minute. It’s easy to say we value connection, integrity, growth, support, courage, authenticity. But culture isn’t what we say we value. Culture is what we consistently demonstrate. You can write beautiful mission statements. You can post inspiring quotes. You can claim you want a “supportive community.” But if the behavior doesn’t align... What’s the real culture? For Community Builders & Admins: Where is your focus? - Are you modeling the behavior you want to see? - Are you reinforcing the values consistently? - Are you addressing behavior that contradicts your stated culture? Because what you tolerate… becomes culture. For Community Members: Culture isn’t something “they” create. It’s something we co-create. All of us. Together. Every comment. Every reaction. Every DM. Every disagreement handled with respect (or not). Your behavior is shaping the environment. In HuRU Crew, what do we say we value? Growth. Respect. Honest conversation. Courage. Encouragement. Real life. Now the better question: 👉 Where are we strongest in aligning behavior with those values? 👉 Where could we tighten it up? 👉 If you’re building your own community, where do you personally put most of your focus — defining values or reinforcing behavior? Let’s talk about it. Culture isn’t accidental. It’s built. 🔥
