Hi everyone, I’m Frederique from Belgium. I’m a solopreneur and systems architect exploring how AI and automation can create meaningful impact—especially by freeing up time, which I believe is the most valuable currency we have. I’m currently testing a workflow using n8n that automates social media posting to Facebook and Instagram. It’s designed to support creators and marketers who need to stay visible online without spending hours manually crafting and scheduling content. The system uses AI-assisted visuals and captions, always transparently marked, and keeps things lean and low-cost. Beyond that, I’ve prototyped internal automations that reduce repetitive tasks for colleagues(things like gathering info, formatting tickets, and referencing knowledge bases). It’s not about replacing people, but extending their capacity. These workflows aren’t yet integrated into our core systems, but the early results have sparked interest in scaling them within a corporate setting. My goal is to build AI infrastructures that serve real needs, not gimmicks or funnels, but tools that quietly give people back their time. I’m here to learn how to package and scale these systems ethically and sustainably. Looking forward to connecting with others who value impact over hype.
