I think the key to organic growth is becoming known for something. Solving a specific problem for a specific person in a specific way. The way to do that and get the word out is with content. The process of creating content also hones your creativity, your offer, and your delivery. Creating hones your mind, and your mind is the most powerful tool you have to reach your goals. Therefore creating is your key to your goals. - Write daily - Record daily - Build daily - Grow daily Practically, I've started a 10,000x content tracker where I'll produce 10,000 pieces of content and track my progress against my goals side-by-side. Action creates results. Practice makes better. Clarity sometimes only comes after you try the wrong idea. Want to create daily with me? @Joe Moss Be a connector. The best way to work your way into the business is by intentionally networking with the people you want to work with and the professionals they already trust. When you’re early on and don’t yet have something big to offer, the most valuable thing you can offer is access. Build your own network and use it to connect others. If you’re seen as a connector, you already have real value. At the same time, start building true expertise. Especially in the high-net-worth space, confidence matters, and confidence only comes from knowing what you’re talking about. You need to understand the strategies, the pitfalls, and the language of the space. That doesn’t happen accidentally. Dedicate time every day to sharpening that side of your craft. Specializing in specific areas is critical. Writing about what you’re learning forces you to go deeper, uncover nuance, and truly understand the material rather than just skimming the surface. This isn’t a 40 hour a week job. It’s a career. Achieving escape velocity takes sustained effort, persistence, and real doggedness over time. If that path isn’t realistic on your own, then align yourself with a firm that already has the resources, structure, and momentum to support your growth. But be good at what you do in all cases.
