Steadfast Fathers Community, Rules, Code of Conduct/Ethics
🌱 Mission Steadfast Fathers exists to support men who are navigating high‑stress family situations involving custody, separation, or major relationship breakdowns. Our focus is on stability, integrity, emotional regulation, and showing up as strong, grounded fathers for our children. This is not a space for hatred, revenge, or attacking former partners. It is a space for: Clarity in chaos Calm under pressure Truth, responsibility, and growth Putting children first 👥 Who This Community Is For This community is for fathers who: Are primary or sole caregivers Are navigating custody, separation, or family court Have experienced high‑conflict co‑parenting or family instability Want peer support without judgment Want to stay emotionally grounded while protecting their children You don’t need to have everything figured out. You do need to be willing to act with integrity. 🚫 What This Community Is NOT To keep this space public, safe, and constructive, Steadfast Fathers is not: A place to incite hatred or violence A place to defame, threaten, or harass former partners A legal advice substitute (though lived experience is welcome) A space for encouraging illegal or unethical behavior We speak from our own experience and focus on solutions. 🧭 Community Values Children First – Every discussion centers on their safety and wellbeing Calm Over Chaos – Emotional regulation is strength Truth & Accountability – We own our actions Confidentiality – What’s shared here stays here Respect – Even in disagreement 📜 Community Rules No hate speech, threats, or harassment No naming or doxxing individuals (including ex‑partners, judges, or officials) Speak from your own experience — avoid sweeping accusations No legal advice presented as fact (share experience, not directives) No substance abuse encouragement Support, don’t escalate — advice should de‑escalate conflict Moderators may remove content that violates these rules Repeated violations may result in removal. 🗣️ Suggested Discussion Topics

@Akorede Ak Technoid Thank you for your kind words 🙏🏻 I would love to exchange thoughts and ideas. Currently I have the house full, Christmas Eve is my birthday and all the family is over to celebrate the festivities. Looking forward to get in touch after Christmas.

What Helps You Stay Regulated When Emotions Spike?
High-pressure situations test emotional control. What practices, routines, or habits help you slow things down when things escalate? Share what’s worked for you. My choice was a creative outlet, either thru fumbling around with Photoshop, or sitting playing on my synthesizer. It gave me a chance to disappear somewhere. If nothing else, just for a little while until I calmed down.

After a journey I wouldn’t wish on anyone, I learned how much support and encouragement matter when you’re at your most vulnerable.
