Staying Sober
I’ve always had a very back and forth relationship to mary jane, there’s been times I’ve been using her very unhealthily for escapism and avoidance. But there has also been times her use has been very aligned and sparked new ideas, pleasure, and joy in my life For 2 years now I have been in a constant tug of war between these two truths. I have tired to quit so many times and have gone 2 months, 3 months without it. Then, because I’ve been without it the idea of using it for a fun beach day or a chill self care night sounds justified and harmless but ultimately brings me to the same hole. My soul is begging me to just stay sober and my inner teenager is resisting it like crazy because weed is one of the very few comforts I still have. All day every day I am taking aligned, boring action towards my goals. Going to the gym, working nonstop on my business, eating the same things to hit my protein and macros, and weed is the LAST comfortable thing I have, that lets me feel carefree. But it’s also the last thing holding me back from the version of myself I know is going to be more rewarding and help me grow, so today is 4 days sober with no loopholes, no exceptions, and no excuses. Sharing this here because this is a promise to myself I cannot break again, and this is the most supportive audience to witness my commitment ❤️

Congrats on this journey! I also quote MJ this year after realizing it does nothing for me anymore except encourage laziness and mindless snacking😪 Something that might help is find a way to make your seemingly mundane routine somewhat fun! For example: I take morning mindfulness walks everyday. I totally engross myself with sights, sounds, and feelings around me. To keep it from getting stale I am sure to change the route everyday. It on Monday I started left, Tuesday I take right. And Wednesday I’ll go left again but across the street. It may not seem like a big deal but the options and choices I give myself keep the routine interchangeable enough to remind myself there is excitement in the small things✨ Good luck!!!
Masculine and feminine energy
Hello, everyone. Shiva represents pure consciousness, while Shakti represents the dynamic energy that moves the universe. Without Shakti, consciousness remains inert. Can you explain to me how this relates to your understanding of masculine and feminine energy?

Saw a great reel that explained Shiva as the container for Shakti. When the container is too small or limited, then Shakti can implodes. The more you expand Shiva, the more room Shakti has to create. As for your question regarding masc/fem energies it seems quite similar in then sense of bringing them into equilibrium to optimize their power and collaboration ✨
Can we manifest multiple things simultaneously?
So it happened in April when I started practising Hoʻoponopono for getting to my first $10K/month. Before doing this I was literally at 0 but slowly and steadily I started getting clients and I’m on my way to achieve my goal. Now the thing is besides my business I’m also following a music career which is my main passion so I want to focus my energy there now but I’m not sure how I’m suppose to go about it because if I stop Ho’oponopono my money manifestation might get hindered. I still practice the prayer everyday and it works like magic. How can I manifest both the things simultaneously so that both things grow?

These things don’t have to be mutually exclusive! Especially since you’re pursuing music as a career AND a separate business, don’t look at your business as the only source of income. Now to answer your main question, I actually find it beneficial to keep multiple desires on the table, it keeps you more open to possibilities and prevents you from hyper-focusing on one direction. Since music is your passion, best advice I can give you is to keep it that way! A passion is effortless fun and drive, and magic happens easiest in these energies✨ Ho’oponopo is a beautiful prayer and can be broader than what you’re using it for; forget it benefiting your finances and explore how much it benefits YOU as a WHOLE beyond that, doors will open 🫶 Money comes in many ways and forms, keep up pursuing these paths! Wishing you best of luck💛

@Aritra Das I would avoiding being specific on those two categories and manifest money coming in from any and all ways. My passion makes me money. I am financially abundant. Money comes to me easily. Along that line of thinking. Or simply forget money and go for overall success, because success brings money. The options are endless so no need to narrow down the passage in which it comes. Using the Ho’oponopono, are you addressing it too your business? I’ve never used it for financial gains, just general self acceptance. So I’m curious 🙂
Repression
I was working through the first module in the classes and Irah quoted Jung’s infamous “what you resist persists” although she used the word “repress”. This stood out to me because I’ve been reading The Art Of Seduction out of curiosity and a big theme is repression. It made me think about myself and the repressed stuff I have chosen to keep buried or kind of layered affirmations on top. I just had a deep meditation where I got insight; all the times people hurt me I took my heart and hid the piece that got hurt. Over time, that’s become a big chunk of my heart. And the person who suffers most is me. So the download was that all that love can be re-directed toward myself🥹 I have repressed a lot of emotion and chosen to overcompensate with work or “self-improvement” in most of my adult life. My divine feminine has been caged up for quite some time, and recently I have seen the detriment of that. Sharing this to celebrate healing and growth with you all🩷 if this resonates or helps you open up something within yourself, feel free to share or reach out to chat✨

@Ben West I’m so happy to hear the progress you’ve made! It’s true, aligning everything up opens you up to a new world of opportunity because it’s no longer being filtered my limiting beliefs and burdening emotions✨
Curious on aiffmations length
Happy Tuesday all! I was curious on when it comes to doing affirmations;is their like a limit or a recommended amount thats like ideal? I usually do like 15 from experience but wasn't sure if that was overkill or not lol

I think it will vary from person to person. If it becomes something you NEED to do or that you feel pressured if you don’t do it x amount of time; then you’ve stepped into overkill. Because the affirmation is supposed to bring you closer to embodiment, right? And if you were “x y and z” then the question you’re asking right now wouldn’t make sense. (I’m not saying that in any offensive way I hope its not taken that way, just trying to highlight the principle BEHIND it✨) Do what feels good, no more and no less. Nothing wrong with a solid practice but I found in my personal experience I became obsessed with technique (mirror talk, journaling multiple times a day, binging videos) and then wondered why nothing changed. I was doing to be instead of just being. Which feels abstract at first, but stepping back I see so clearly how hard I was trying, so be careful of that exhaustion. I also would jump into this whenever I felt bad or noticed the opposite, and again stepping back I saw that if I was x y and z I wouldn’t need to journal every time I had a contrary thought. 💭 Good luck🫡💓
