Milk
In some of the research I have done milk is allowed as it’s an animal product but I do t see it on the approved lists. This has probably been asked before sorry but why is it not approved?

It depends on your goals and tolerance. The carbs in milk can add up, if you're here for weight loss I would omit the milk. If you're jacked and active already and you tolerate dairy well then go for it! I would recommend A2 raw milk only if so too, as pasteurisation kills the enzyme, and greatly reduces the vitamin and mineral content.
