Hi I am Frank Donnici and I am from Calgary Alberta. This is my first day of the program. Looking forward to engaging with everyone and getting the best in class support from Antonio and his program. My biggest health goals is to continue to be active, physically and mentally. Try to understand how to lose weight with more nutrition strategies and to learn exercises that are more effective that I am currently doing. My biggest challenges are at times lack of motivation and discipline when it comes to nutrition and exercising. Mental blocks! My why is I want find the next level of potential that I have, so I can age confidently and gracefully and be around for my family for a long time. Looking forward to making some more positive adjustments.

@River Jones Hi River, thanks for your response. If we can all build/preserve a little more strength and vitality as we age, it will hopefully take us along way in this journey.
