Decent for me. Skipping the occasional meal when I go too high seems to work for now. With a plan for very low-calorie things to eat just to fill that need to eat something when absolutely needed. And lots of water and tea!
Weekend goal is to keep tracking nutrition and morning weigh ins. I do try to stay under 2K for calorie budget. Cutting snacks, especially late evening snacks, has done wonders for me this week. Dinner at the restaurant tonight, I think I have enough buffer for it. Challenge will be the weekend days, with the kids. Going to eat my own things, separate from theirs. That will give me more control. The main thing is I need to stick with my plan, and not go with the flow and whatever's available.
