People do it regardless of the strict law for sure but it’s like drinking and driving. You can do it and a lot of people definitely do. But if you get caught, it could be consequences coming your way. So you’d either be one of them who will take the risk and might not ever get caught. Or maybe the one who unfortunately does get caught and have to face the consequences. I’m not saying people get caught all the time either. I just wouldn’t promote it is all. And there’s ways around it still being compliant and legit 100%. Like partnering with a realtor 😁

@Hector G you don’t need to find cash buyers or a 50/50 split with me. I’m a licensed Realtor and will be good with just a commission for novations. If you’re talking about assignments though, I can still help you but that would be a little different. But you would make more off a novation so that would be best in my opinion. But up to you. I can help you either way
