So my October has been pretty busy, but rewarding. Looking forward to November though, I love Thanksgiving… it’s my favorite holiday.

@Les Clark I like the Thanksgiving-themed cartoons especially The Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown. I love the way my mom makes the turkey. I also enjoy the Fall decorations! My favorite are white pumpkins. What’s going on for you in November that’s making it busier?
International Pronouns Day was October 17th🌈
Using someone’s pronouns is a simple way to show respect. You don’t have to understand every identity to honor it. @Les Clark So for me, I feel genderfluid. On some days I feel more masculine or gender neutral. Other days I feel more feminine. I express it in the way I dress. I consider myself a nonbinary woman because I still accept my cisgender as female, and wouldn’t consider myself trans. I do tend to lean more feminine more often, but it’s mostly because of work. I feel comfortable with both she pronouns and they pronouns. I would like to use they more often though. It’d be great if someone would address me as they/them equally as she/her so that I could be truly seen.

HAPPY NATIONAL COMING OUT DAY 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍🌈
Coming out can be freeing. It can also be dangerous. If you're out, celebrate that courage. If you're not ready, that's valid too. Your safety comes first, always. Coming out is personal. It's not a requirement. It's a choice - and only you get to make it. Read this week's newsletter to dive deeper (see below) How are you honoring this day - however that looks for you? 💛 https://prideonpurpose.substack.com/p/your-story-your-time-your-terms

Today, I’m honoring this day by coming out as genderfluid and use she/they pronouns.
I was in the room Saturday night. And I came home different.

What Do YOU Need?
I'm noticing we're not as active as I'd like us to be, and I want to change that. But I can't do it without knowing what YOU actually need. So here's my question:⁉️⁉️ What would help you experience more calm and peace in your daily life? What would make you want to show up here and engage?

How about having a designated time for people to join in conversation on a live call?
