Today’s wedding 💓
Hello all! I had my second wedding of the year today at the Old Course hotel in St. Andrews (holy posh) and I thought I’d share some of my work from it. The bride opted for a fairly sleek side bun, her sister had a twisted bun, her other two bridesmaids had half updos alongside her daughter (flower girl) and her mum had a bouncy blow dry. Most of my products were OSIS and Wella, and I used the MD London curling wand and the babyliss pro tongs to curl 🫶🏼

Today’s wedding 💕
Hey all! Just wanted to share some styles I’m proud of from today’s wedding! The bride wanted a low, nest, twisted bun style and face framing pieces. Her hair was super long and thin so I trimmed the face framing section so it didn’t just hang there. I also added padding for the bun as her ends were really thin and wouldn’t have been enough to bulk it up. The granny of the bride and shoulder length hair and wanted it up but didn’t know in what style so I opted for a classic French twist but gave her some volume so she felt extra glam! She loved it and couldn’t believe she could look so good 🥹 The blonde bridesmaid wanted a half updo and I must admit I was worried her waves wouldnt last but they were holding strong due to me allowing the curl to cool in my hand before releasing it and also prepping with heat protectant. The dark hair bridesmaid wanted a textured, low updo so I curled it a bit more tightly to prep and twisted it all back across the crown, then pulled it until I was happy with the shape before putting it in a bobbly and creating the bun. I used padding again as her hair was mid length! Feel free to critique or use as inspo! So happy to have a community to share my work and learn with! Xx
