Hi guys, what’s your coping mechanism around people who are friends with you today and if you miss a call from them tonight by tomorrow their energy will be off and you will be getting the silent treatment. As Nekesha would say in Jamaica we say that the person is “sometimish”, thin- skinned or moody. As an introvert I will withdraw and go about my business like normal . However I still feel all the negative energy around me until I am out of that space.
