Sheeesh… 9999999 takes must have taken a day and a half at least. 🤣 Overall it actually sounded really solid. Your feel and energy were there, especially for being self-taught. Nothing really jumped out as a glaring issue. Headphones can do that sometimes. When the guitars are blasting and the drums in the track are simple, your brain starts following the guitar instead of the groove and you end up speeding up. There are apps that let you silence instruments so you can lock in on the drums. That’s something I use and it helps a lot, but there are different ways to approach it. For the right arm getting tired, it could mean two things building endurance or needing to relax a bit more. Try loosening your grip and letting the stick rebound more. once you get that rebound working, everything feels easier. Your rolls actually looked good to me. When I struggled with rolls I used to carry sticks everywhere and practice whenever I could. A practice pad helps a lot too. But that’s why we’re here . to improve together. Really good job though.
