I just onboarded a box truck operator today! Super excited to build with them. I’m feeling that good nervous energy about locking in solid loads and showing up strong. I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t nervous LOL……

I was up last night pondering on how long should a dispatcher keep a carrier at a certain percentage. For example, if the initial agreement was let’s say 9%, what factors determine this percentage going higher?

Today, we signed our second carrier—and I’m genuinely proud of that. Momentum looks like consistency. It looks like trust. It looks like execution.
