A coach is just someone you defer to when you dont know what to do or you stagnate with what you know to do its fine to get a mentor to help you with math or some other stuff more logical but with health its really just as simple as control yourself see if you can stay 16 hours not eating then try to do it again and try a day without eating and just do that for two weak and you should see results i've gone from being fat at 1.78 with 87kg to 64 in two weeks by a friends recommendation to try intermediat fasting i still cant belive the results.

Basicly the exact same on the covid issue at first i really did not care but it seemed everyone around me( a random romanian small city) just were either angry that i did not belive in masks and vaccines and continously tried to tell me the reasons we need to do this and to me they seemed so extrem because you could not even start the conversation with anyone that was above 20-25y/o even now im shocked to remember how far gone an entire population that basicly more then 50% of them i know dont care about taxes or other laws and regulation because no one really does here imediatly inreconsilibly listen to take random ass vaccines and shit like that, it actualy made me learn a bit from that zombie like experience that i had with covid. But yeah no mask or vaccines because i knew basic statistics and biology and it did not impress me enough to listen and be put to take experimental at best vaccine. With women i am currently 21y/o and imo its just a simple waste to take anything to seriously now, i try to strike up conversations and talk with them but thats about it, i have other problems in my life then to chase a useless and most likely pointless relationship that can not be sustained if you dont got what u need to have and i understand the fragility of no experince but i just know that 90% of women dont use any brain in existing most of the time, so until then, its just time for me to get all that i need to do in the next years and see where the world stands then, no point in always trying to predict things that u actually basicly dont know a thing about no matter how much u think you know so most times just try to do your best in making a brand, something that represents the products that u make for the world and in time you should have succes. Its an opinion i never understand, people say that they need something real but then why is slop AI making in cash even thou both the viewer and the producer know its AI yet it still satisfy the masses good enough, its just another one of thous dilemas in my opinion if you should or should not use it to make money at the expense of realness i honestly dont know an anwser to that.

@Jonah Burns And? Its like you forget the entire world has the same level of problems as them, is Europe any better? China? Russia? Not even close, even if half the country shuts down its still nothing because a country only falls when the idea of it falls for as long as people rebuild it in 1 year it will be like nothing happend so no matter what thous temporary riots and Chicago bullshit you see, thats still their country and means nothing to you because you dont perfectly know the underlying social tension that for some reason you can grasp by propaganda put out by both left and right u dont have someone that can just predict the future and neither are you. And to say thats very presumptuous of me to tell you that u know nothing i seriously dont think you understand, you actually know close to nothing about any idea or thought you think you have, constantly u always forget after an hour and reconstruct the sentiment around a topic all the time human witnesses are getting more and more inconsistent as time passes due to our natural design and how we were made you are not some superhuman with some IQ of 280+ you are not anyone to compile public information online into your brain and formulate based on that a "prediction" when you could not predict whats going to happen in your own city in 5-10years you could've just said your Assuming* that America will fall but you said like someone extremly versed in how the world worked for 10-30years all around the planet for you to say ahh AMERICA (biggest powerhouse, or second biggest) will just go out in dust and puff its gone, that just sounds like a far fetched and wild statement to say i belive in this because of the minimal information put toghether by a singular man and says America will fall as if thats just the easiest thing to predict like come on man be realistic here i know nothing about this you know nothing about this and you are really just saying wild and losse statements based on what? Chicago? Man come on now just say it how it is, u want to see something big happening in the world and thats it, i would understand it better when u tell me like thats how you feel about this situation.
