This Week’s Class — 75 minutes Grounding Through the Hips
This week’s class is now available in the Yoga Classroom 🌕 We’re slowing down and grounding through the hips — the center of movement, emotion, and stability. This 75-minute flow invites you to soften into your body, breathe with awareness, and meet whatever arises with presence. We’ll move through low lunges, gentle lizard variations, and figure-4 poses to release tension and open space in the lower body.
