Can you recall a time when you talked yourself out of something and it made perfect sense at the time? It wasn’t an excuse it was a perfectly justifiable reason. But now when you look back you see it was actually just excuses. Fear can be really well disguised can’t it. It tends to shout ‘don’t do it’ rather than ‘not yet’.
