Need help or insights
Hi I'm in a new role, used to be or more to be seen as 'just an EA' i know im more than that. My new boss wants someone acting Chief of Staff, I'm ready for it. But I don't know where to start. For my first month I did her 8 months expenses, cleared and labelled your 12000+ emails. And now im ready to take in more or to show my strategic side, but where to start I already start creating her travel plan for next year, make some suggestions on her recurring meetings. But I would like to show more and do more. Any thoughts?! On where to start.

@Branko Glad thanks for this. I already the work on what she wants and goals for and from her direct reports. I'm still on the understanding ohase of the top level needs/ strategy.. but I'll get there. She's putting me more in charge to support her on filling deck to present to leaders so I will get a better understanding from the top . Already shared with her a new ways of working with her direct reports meeting reccurence, structure weekly, minthly meeting ( i started it was no agenda in any meeting). After thia time of thw year is not an easy ine end od year : budget for next year, headcoynt and hiring or not, si it's not that easy to get the infis I need to start thinking strategically
