I am very happy to share my thoughts on health and nutrition in this safe space. It’s been a journey. This morning I did a face scan on a health app called Noom. The results said my metabolic age was fair to good but that I looked 6 years older than my biological age 🤣🤣 I want to improve my metabolic health and reduce my waistline over the next 6 months? What are your goals for the next 6 months ??? Please share 🙏
