Hey everyone, About three months ago, I read an inspiring post right here in the community from @Finley Topping. That post gave me the push I needed to take action in the world of AI automation, and today, I wanted to share my journey after going at it for 2 months. Here’s what I’ve been up to: I built a website to showcase my AI automation services, focusing on the real estate sector. You can take a look at it here: https://www.valueaisolutions.com/ I started to learn Make.com: I went through their amazing academy and earned my certification, with more to come. Make is such an exciting tools! I set up an automation that drafts personalised cold-emails for real estate companies and automatically sends them based on a list of websites sourced from https://www.easyleadz.com/. This has been an efficient tool for outreach and lead generation, you can see my set-up and blueprint featured below. Learned Voiceflow: I dove into Voiceflow to create conversational AI chatbots. This skill has been essential for building chatbots for real estate companies, helping them manage inquiries, automate responses, and enhance client interactions. I've integrated my own chatbot on my website to demo it. I've just started with my outreach and offering my service for free to able to develop my skills and have as a case study for future reference. While I’m excited to share this progress, I know this is just the beginning of a long journey. Building something exceptional takes time, persistence, and constant iteration, and I’m ready to embrace every challenge that comes my way. I expect there will be adjustments, new learnings, and countless iterations, but I’m committed to following my vision of creating an exceptional company in this new wave of AI-driven change. The opportunities are vast, and I’m thrilled to be on this path!
