The Weekly Return
Hey everyone, it's time for our weekly check-in! This is our dedicated space to do two things: 1. Share a WIN What's one small thing you're proud of this week? It could be a 'gentle return' you made, an 'anchor habit' you stuck with, or just getting through a tough day without restarting. No win is too small to celebrate! 2. Ask a QUESTION What's the one thing you're feeling stuck on right now? Is there a part of the 'restart loop' you're trying to figure out, or a part of your project where you've hit the 'messy middle'? Let's help each other out.

My Win: I'm celebrating sticking to my Content Cascade plan this week. I uploaded my pillar video and all three shorts to YouTube, even when I felt the urge to tweak them. It was a great practice in trusting the system. My Question: Now I'm thinking about my next pillar video. I'm curious—what's a topic you all would be most interested in seeing a deep dive on next?
Beyond the "Perfect Routine": Finding Your Anchor Habit
One of the biggest traps in the "Restart Loop" is the belief that we need a perfect, rigid morning routine to be successful. We try to meditate, journal, exercise, and drink green juice all before 7 AM. And the first day we fail, the whole system collapses. I've learned that for most of us with non-linear brains, a long chain of habits is a recipe for failure. What we really need is not a chain, but an anchor. An Anchor Habit is one tiny, non-negotiable action you take every single day that is tied to your most important goal. Its only job is to provide a single point of stability in the chaos of the day. A few examples: - If your goal is to write a book, your anchor is to write one sentence. - If your goal is to get fit, your anchor is to put on your running shoes. - If your goal is to grow your business, your anchor is to DM one person. Notice that the anchor is not the full task. It's the laughably small first step. It's a "deposit" into your Proof Portfolio that says, "Today, I returned." My question for you all is: What could be ONE tiny Anchor Habit for your biggest goal right now? Let's brainstorm some ideas together in the comments.

@Chidera Ugwuanyi this is such a great way to look at it. You've hit on something really important here - how the consistency of the action is what creates the clarity over time. It's a fantastic insight. Thank you so much for this exchange. I've really been enjoying the conversation and the depth you bring to it. This is exactly what I was hoping this community could be.

Hello again! This community is a space of practice, not perfection. Our entire focus is on mastering one simple skill: how to return. To get the most out of our community, here are your two simple steps to get started: 1. Go to the "Classroom" Tab - The video you just watched is the first lesson. You'll find a complete library of other self-paced guides and tools there to support your journey. 2. Introduce Yourself Below - This is the most important step. We want to meet you! In the comments, please share: What is ONE project or habit you are committed to finishing? I read every single introduction and can't wait to welcome you personally. So glad you're here. - Mae

@Chidera Ugwuanyi , that's a really insightful way to put it. Thank you for breaking it down like that. I think you've hit on the absolute core of it with this line: "momentum itself creates clarity over time." That's the whole journey, isn't it? We're all taught to wait for clarity before we start, but the truth is that clarity only shows up after we've been in motion for a while. I'm really appreciating this exchange. Thank you for sharing your thoughts so openly.

@Chidera Ugwuanyi Chidera, yes! That's it exactly. This part you wrote is the entire journey in one sentence: "You stop treating uncertainty like proof you're on the wrong path, and start seeing it as a normal part of being in motion." When that shift happens, the whole process goes from feeling like a battle to just... a practice. I'm really appreciating the depth of these conversations, too. Thank you.
A Special "Founder's Rate" Offer (And a Personal Announcement)
Hey there, everyone, Many of you know my story is about breaking the "restart loop." For the past few months, I've been quietly applying that philosophy not just to mindset, but to the practical challenge of building an online business from the ground up. I wanted to prove to myself that I could finish what I started. I built this community, a Stan store, a content engine, and a suite of digital products. And I did it by following a step-by-step system. Now that the system is proven, I'm ready to share it. I'm officially opening up my new 1:1 coaching program called "The First Dollar System." It's a 90-day guided program where I will personally walk you through the exact steps to build your own online business infrastructure. The regular price for this program will be $997. However, for the very first client only, I am offering a special one-time "Founder's Rate" of just $97. In exchange for this massively discounted rate, I would ask for your honest feedback as we go and a detailed testimonial at the end. You would be my founding client, helping me refine this program to be the best it can be. This is for the woman who knows she has a skill to share but is stuck in the overwhelm of trying to put all the pieces together. If that's you, and you're ready to finally build your business with my personal guidance, this is your chance. To apply for this single Founder's spot, please fill out the application below to book a free discovery call. Application Link: https://forms.gle/jeLXmv45Bk58k7dx9 I will be selecting the one person who is the best fit for this initial journey. I'm so excited to help one of you build your dream. – Mae

A Huge Welcome to Our Newest Founding Member: Chidera!
I am so excited to introduce our newest founding member, @Chidera Ugwuanyi Chidera found his way here from Arlan's community. When we first connected, he immediately saw how the "restart loop" is a universal experience, not tied to any one audience. We talked about how valuable his perspective would be in our conversations here, and I am so grateful and thrilled that he has decided to join us on this journey. Please join me in giving a huge, warm welcome to Chidera! We're so glad you're here.
