Book Title Help
I'm writing a book for founders who are doing well but are still the bottleneck in their own business. The premise: you can grow faster and work less if you install AI the right way — not as a replacement, but as a force multiplier. I've narrowed it to 3 title and subtitle options. Before I lock it, I want to hear from founders and operators who'd actually buy and read this. Which option hits hardest for you? Option 1 More Revenue. Less You.: How AI Helps You Grow Without Doing More Work Option 2 The Founder Trap: AI Runs the Work So You Can Grow the Business Option 3 The Scalable Founder: Grow Faster. Work Less. With AI. Reply with your pick (1, 2, or 3). If one word feels off or one option stands out as stronger, tell me. Brutal feedback welcome. Thanks in advance. Greg

If I had to pick one, #2 is the closest because “The Founder Trap” has some tension, but honestly all three feel pretty generic / familiar to me. What would stand out more is framing it as more of a paradigm shift / new opportunity. Also, “getting time back” feels stronger than just “working less” – it’s about regaining the most valuable resource, not just doing less work. Something like: The End of the Always-On Founder: How AI lets you scale without being the bottleneck in your business and get your time back Or maybe even leaning into the "guide" angle, if it fits the content of your book. Like: The End of the Always-On Founder: A step-by-step system to use AI to remove yourself as the bottleneck, scale your business, and reclaim your time Just my take... and good luck with the book 👍
My perfect webinar - feels too thin...
SO, after doing 20 webinars my own way and getting inconsistent conversions, I am turning it into Russell's perfect webinar framework. I have just done my first cut and followed Russell's framework to the T. Whilst I get the belief-shifting Vs teaching bit, I feel like since I'm not really teaching anything, the presentation doesn't have enough value and it will be seen as a pure sales pitch - I know I have been teaching too much in my original webinar, but going from teaching a lot to teaching nothing doesn't feel right...is this normal to feel this way? 😑

Shouldn’t be a lecture, but it also shouldn’t feel like a pitch fest either. The sweet spot is when it feels like leadership and empowerment.
Paid ADS
Hey everyone, I hope everything is going great. Do you guys have any suggestions for mastering facebook ads? Are there any good courses with a reasonable price? Thank you guys so much for all the help!

@Bella Cole Good, thanks
Webinar Layout?
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to run a webinar? More so wanting some tips on the presentation itself, like do I present my video in a side by side with my slides and myself, a video in the corner, just the slides on screen or chop and change between the slides and myself? I hope this makes sense!

@Emily Condon I tested it on a pre-recorded webinar. That's the only way to do a fair test.
