@Malte Karsten anybody can join however I believe it is targeted for people who have just joined. So people will be shown how to use the apps and do the basic things. So it may not be as relevant for you.
Bike Fit Questions
Hey, I've just confirmed a collab with Phil Burt (Ineos & GB Cycling Bike Fitter) to record a bike fitting course especially for us. We're going to start recording this just after Christmas. What questions do you have about setting up your bike? It can be anything from saddle sore prevention (can especially bad for the girls) to comfort or aero. I know for me I get slightly numb hands on longer rides, excited to explore a solution for this. Your questions will help me design the curriculum for this course.

Daily accountability
Did you ride today? I'm on an "active" rest day. Having a slow rebuild after my few sick days. My protocol after 3 sick days was 2 easy days and today just sauna. Sauna is a stressor so isn't a full rest day.

@Blair Corey you’re probably very very efficient in the heat given you do it so often. So it shouldn’t have a major effect on you. Main issues are around timing, fuelling and most importantly hydration. Eg. If you are dehydrated going into the sauna then that’s really not good news and your body will be put under a lot more stress as a result - later that day or in the days after you could well feel like you’re a bit flat and just missing something compared to normal

@Blair Corey we will discuss this more in the next call I think. Sounds like you have room for improvement in how you use it I reckon! But given how much you use it you should always feel pretty much okay - given that regularly it feels like it kicks your butt then there’s probably some tweaks that could be made
Carbs Intake
Am I the only one who have incredible amount of carbs to eat during a single meal? 96g for lunch and 100+ for dinner. Im 79kg and I want to maintain weight. Also did you guys track gluten in you meals?

It is alarming how many carbs you actually need to be eating aswell. It takes some getting used to but your body will thank you for it! Once you build up your stomach and can manage the sheer volume of food of course.

@Keaven Dionne you didn't increase or decrease fibre? Assuming that’s the same. I find rice is significantly easier to consume than pasta for me. My girlfriend is at the end of a big block at the moment and we’ve really noticed that some types of pastas are really not agreeing with her but rice is perfect so we are just staying on that until the end of this phase to help manage it better. Normally there are substitutes that can be used to help consume foods easier
Big News - New Team Member
Folks, I've promised there's big energy and huge announcements coming to the group this year. I wanted to kick off the New Year with some amazing news. @Matthew Devins has joined the Roadman Coaching team. Matthew has made incredible contributions to the group and on group calls in the past couple of weeks. For anyone who doesn't know Matthew. He comes from a high level racing background. An international rider and former pro. He was (in my view) destined for World Tour before fate dealt him a bad hand with some long term health complications. He's one of the best coaches and cycling minds I know and I'm super honoured/humbled that he's agreed to join us. Matthew will be in the community posting daily, his DM's are open if you've sensitive questions. For general training questions I encourage you to ask them in the community so we can all benefit from the answer. Can you join me in welcoming Matthew to the group
