If you could be stuck with one plug in only with only one library, what would you choose? I think right now I’d pick Serum 2. That has been crazy useful in terms of melody creation, pads, sound design, and even drums. What about y’all?
Hey, fam! Can anyone suggest a video or a template I can use for creating music for advertisements? I've been following Gilde's template in the video he made for making music for cues (great breakdown, by the way!). Would I approach advertisements the same way? Or is there a different way to go about it?
@Marcus Lyons hey man! Go about it the same way you would create any other cue to film or tv placement. Make sure you have variations by each section and edit points. This way when the editor looks at the wav form a listens to it, they have options of sections to play with. Unless the brief calls do something specific in terms of structure etc following the breakdown Gil has in the classroom section would serve just fine.
Hey everyone. I'm curious what you all are using for sample management and organization. I'm using Wave's COSMOS and it's pretty good, but some of the tagging is a little off. Are there any other methods or programs you're using that work for you?
