What if our product is bad but we don’t know it yet and we choose it for an SEO rewrite

When I find a listing that I will be using as my new listing and it’s kinda the same but different version can I use the same tags they are using or should I come up with my own ?

I have a wall art shop with digital art and posters and will only be sticking to digital for now. I only have 27 products half digital half posters. I do only have one digital art doing ok with a couple sells per week and lots of favorites. What should I do with this product to get more sells. Should I lower the price even more it’s really really low right now. Run ads on it or make a poster listing for it? Thoughts
