Just finished my first call!! Now what?
Hey everyone, looking for some guidance here! Just conducted my first free audit interview, I'm so pumped! The client is bleeding money and time into things that AI can help, gold! Where i need help at the moment, is to translating the transcript and ransforming int into the actual audit. Can someone guide me into what to prompt Claude with the transcripts to create...what? internal audit? client audit? dashboard?? how do you guys go about it? I really want to give so much value that she recommends other clients Thanks everyone!

I'm all in!!
Hey everyone, I'm Fernando, based in Playa del Carmen, Mexico. Joining because I see the opportunity to create real value (and revenue) with AI, and I learned the hard way what happens when you don't. I used to run a traditional 3D rendering studio serving interior designers and real estate developers. When AI image tools started showing up, my team resisted adopting them, partly because they felt threatened. I didn't push hard enough. We lost clients fast, and eventually the team lost their jobs anyway. The thing they were afraid of happened because we didn't adapt, not despite it. Here's why I'm hopeful: I still have a warm list of 500+ past paying clients, interior designers and developers who knew us, trusted us, and paid us. Most of them are now struggling with the same AI transition I failed at. They need help adopting these tools in their own workflows. I want to come back to them with something genuinely useful, not as the rendering studio that disappeared, but as the person who learned the lesson and can now help them avoid it. Would love ideas from this community on how to approach this list and what offer would actually land. Open to anything. Excited to be here.
