Hey guys! My name is Justin and I am an experienced real estate investor and wholesaler in the USA I have been diving into AI with my partner, Milan over the last year and we've been making great progress in building automations for off-market real estate. I'm looking to start expanding my skills to apply to more aspects of real estate and to build more complex/powerful automations using AI agents. I am aiming to have my own business operated by AI about 80% operated by AI by the end of 2025 while allowing 20% for meaningful human-to-human relationships. I do see us creating an AI real estate automation agency in time but right now I'm using my own business as a testing ground for solutions that could apply to more people in the industry.
