From someone who is healing towards you all, I found out that talking and reading and practicing healing methods bring one spirit back to the right path, and one key trick to heal is to communicate, Emotional wounds can be Rejection Abandonment Injustice Humiliation Betrayal and I would like to add Sexual or physical "body shame" or "self love" And these wounds are present on different levels inside each one of us and until we understand that we have them 😀 and start the process of healing throughout preparation, practice and acceptance. Our shadow will stay unhealthy and we will move in life with a certain disorder in our decisions, affecting our life in different ways. I recommend you read the book and try to understand what emotional wound is more dominant in you and you talk about the experience, I will add exercises to help you with the healing process and I will also do in the future free Reiki sessions to help you heal with the help of Reiki that wound.
