I’m so excited I was just given my 1st Quran

My name is Tierra I go by shake I guess you can say I am a new revert, although I haven’t taken my Shahada yet I would like to before Ramadan ends. I am learning and teaching myself and it has been a struggle. I currently reside on the east side of Chicago and I’m ready to gain more knowledge and become better in my Deen InshaAllah

Here’s a gentle reminder for us all: ✨ Ramadan is about showing up with sincerity, not perfection. ✨ Some days will feel easy, some heavy and that’s okay. ✨ Prepare your space simply: a corner for prayer, dates, water, and a clear mind. ✨ Set your intention (niyyah): “I fast tomorrow for the sake of Allah.” Let’s support each other, share tips, du’as, or just a kind word 🤲🫶 May Allah make it easy, accept our efforts, and fill our hearts with barakah 🌸

Just wanted to show appreciation to @Asiyah C today she accompanied me to my first JUMMAH Service. I was a ball of energy today being nervous, anxious, emotional and excited all at once. This is the first INSHALLAH it won’t be my last. Looking forward to genuine bonds and sisterhood
