i got anywhere from 7-9.5 for my element quiz. which means i’m well immersed in all my elements. slowly but surely getting through the classes and understanding myself better. my strongest was fire 9.5 and weakest was water 7. earth was 9 and air was 8

just did the breathing class and i can’t wait to start incorporating this. i have been breathing into my lungs instead of expanding it to my belly and back. as someone who is prone to stress, low energy and low motivation and muscle tension this is going to help me tremendously. i appreciate the universe having this school come across my page. #How To Breath Through All Of Life
