Just yesterday, I worked for 339 minutes which sums up to 6 hours of work I was able to achieve this because of the productivity system below: A Pomodoro timer app that breaks my working sessions into 25 minutes of work and 5 minutes of rest During my rest period: I engage in active rest activities like walking (indoors), Cleaning my kitchen slab😃 or attending to emergency notifications on my phone (While walking, never sitting or lying down). A DND smart activation system that is completely free on Apple devices: This blocks out all notifications and allows me to focus on work.
