Would love to know what you are aiming at Remember if it comes from you It is within you Sometimes just sharing it with the world is a bold step forward I love New Year's resolutions Here are some of mine And the ones that are standard in my life already New goal -Grow the group to 50,000 members by the end of the year New goal -2 hours minimum piano practice per day Standard -Gym 5 days a week -Stretch every day - 15 mins -Cold and hot routine 4 times a week -Daily Breathing routine -Daily Gratitude routine -Complete Avoidance of the killer 6 - Caffeine, Sugar, Diary, Gluten, Wheat, Alcohol -No scrolling -Love Routine towards partner We have been super focused for a long time now Just finished a strategic goal setting for our businesses Super pumped to help as many of you as possible hit your goals this year.

I know you have a limited amount of Kme. Are you ready to jump in? Do you have a pen and notepad available to take some notes? What I’ve found to work best on these calls is to dive deeper into the specifics of your situaKon, and how everything’s working right now. Once I get some clarity there, if I think we can help you, I’m going to give you what I think is the best strategy to get you to where you want to be. Sound good? Step One – C – Clarify Problem Example Clarifying The Problem Questions: Probably the best place to start is, what would you say the biggest challenge is with [insert the core problem] right now? Tell me more about that. Why do you say that’s your biggest challenge? How is that impacting you specifically? Why do you want to get rid of this? How long has this been going on? What is stopping you from fixing this? If you knew what you needed to fix this, what would that be? Step Two – L – Link Pain Example Link To The Pain Questions How are you getting the outcome you want at the moment? What if you don’t do this now? Why not stay where you are? Why all of a sudden is this important now? What’s keeping you from figuring this out on your own? How would your life be different than it is now if you got this sorted? Step Three – O – Observe Past Example Observe The Past Questions: In the past, what have you tried that hasn’t worked? What was the consequence of it not working for you? In the past, what have you tried to fix this? In the past, if you knew what you know now, how would you like to be supported? When it comes to getting help now, what exactly do you feel like you need?

This was a hard won lesson for me. It’s something I’m going to share in detail on Day 2 of the 5-Day Get Clients Challenge. (We start on Monday!). You see… You can be the best coach in the world… You can do all the right things to get clients… And you can even have a huge audience and tons of engagement… BUT… If you get your OFFER wrong… None of it will matter. Getting clients will always feel like banging your head against a wall: Ouch! Here’s why: Without knowing how to structure the offer you're making to potential coaching clients… They won’t see the value in paying you $1,500, 3k or even 5k+ for a 90 day program. On the other hand… When you make the right offer, to the right person, at the right time? And you show them a new and exciting WAY OUT of a problem they’re FED UP with? Then it doesn’t matter if they’ve only just found out about you, or what credentials or experience you have... They’ll bite your hand off for it! And they won’t haggle over the price, ghost you, or tell you they “need to think about it”. Which is why… I’m going to do a deep dive into The Structure Of Your Offer during Day 2 of next week’s Challenge. Including helping you to nail down: - How your clients are actually going to get to the outcome - What is the offer? - What's the service? - What's the delivery? - What's the process of actually getting there? Because if you don’t get this clear and positioned as high value…? They won't pay. You won’t want to miss this… I normally keep this stuff private just for paying clients.
