That’s horrible! What? Customer communication? Via email!!!!??? How dare they! Sure there can be people who don’t notice or choose not to interact with your chatbot… I’m willing to bet that there’s also a certain segment who also don’t read your about page or a certain page within your sitemap… Heck there’s a LARGE percentage of people who don’t read our THANK YOU page after a checkout with explicit and implicit instructions of how to get access to the very thing they just invested in. Our Support Desk is littered with: “Instructions? What instructions?” (You know, the ones on the thank you page that tell you exactly how to get the thing…and the slew of emails we sent to the email you used on the checkout page???) I’ve been toying with the idea of adding in a message to get another course 100% FREE…because I know many Don’t read. But that doesn’t mean some won’t read the instructions on the thank you page or that a thank you page isn’t not useful. In some regards, maybe some folks are blind…but that’s not always the case in so much that they choose not to see.
