It’s 1am and me and my partners just finished our 16 hour working call. I planned to post here more often, but all I did for the past 12 days was the same. Work, quick meal, work sleep. We launched new long form and shorts channels, both doing amazing numbers. (more in attached photos) Few channels died off, but that’s life. One thing is for sure. I am starting to get into the shorts. Haven't seen any massive success yet. I guess my issue is that I try too many different niches at the same time. But will try to focus on one, but haven't figured out which niche I should stick to.

I just finished a call with a friend I brought to YouTube in January 2025. He’s been steadily climbing all year and already hit 100K subs on TWO channels. At the start of December, I showed him the exact system I use to scale videos into other languages. He tried it immediately. 14 days later: - Russian channel: +10K subs and 5M views - English channel: +5K subs and 2M views Here’s the best part: You don’t need to create new content. Just translate what you already made. For most creators, this isn’t a “10% boost” tactic. It’s a 10x move - and for some of you, it can become 100x over time. I’ve seen people take the same winning videos, swap the audio, and run them across 10+ language channels. Best languages to start with: - English (essential) - Spanish (best for most creators) - Portuguese - Hindi (huge audience, usually lower RPM) - [*which language is missing?] - French - German (often great RPM) I will share the exact workflow we used (tools + steps + what to translate first) in the first "Weekly hacks" post - this Wednesday!
