I attended the Project Management with AI bootcamp today Wednesday 18/02/2026. The session delivered by Callistus and Deji was insightful and informative. I gained a clear understanding of the ten project management processes and how they connect from initiation and planning through to execution, monitoring and closing, as well as the importance of managing project constraints effectively. I also learnt about the levels of AI usage and AI maturity models (L1–L4). In addition, I learned to create meaningful prompts to further analyse projects and case studies, enabling me to generate more detailed and structured outputs using AI tools. The session has strenghtened my knowladge of how AI can enhance modern project delivery.This skill will enable me to analyse complex project scenarios and produce well structured insights. Looking forward to learning more.
