Starting my own consistency tracker.
Im aiming for 2-3 volume based workouts a day. As well as a few hours of reading. I plan to build up my meditation with time. Right now im only at 10 minutes daily. The goal is 30 minutes right now. Im also doing 40 pushups, 40 situps, 40 squats, and 7 minutes of jogging. Every day I add 2 minutes jogging, as well as 5 reps to each exercise. Here's my routine right now, sort of. The "Perfect Human" Daily Routine 06:30 AM – 07:00 AM | The Awakening (I wake late because of work) - Wake Up immediately - Hydrate: Drink Collagen + Lemon Water. - Shower (Lukewarm + Cold finish). - Morning Grooming: Skincare routine (Cleanse, Treat, SPF). - Mind: 10 minutes of Meditation (clears the mind for the "cold/calm" aesthetic). 07:00 AM – 08:30 AM | The Body (Workout 1) - Exercise: Heavy lifting or cardio, add fighting speed practice to every one. 08:30 AM – 09:30 AM | The Fuel - Breakfast: a "Brain Boosting" meal thats also good for skin. (e.g., Avocado Toast with Soft-Boiled Eggs). - Reading: Read non-fiction/philosophy while you eat (no phone scrolling). 09:30 AM – 12:30 PM | The Creation (Deep Work) - Focus: YouTube Video Work. - Scripting, editing, filming, or researching. This is your prime brain-power time. 12:30 PM – 01:30 PM | Reset - Lunch: High protein, anti-inflammatory (e.g., Salmon/Chicken & Greens). - Relax: Short walk or casual reading. The "Variable" Block (03:00 PM – 09:30 PM) OPTION A: Work Day - 03:00 PM: Get ready for work. - 04:00 PM – 09:00 PM: JOB. - 09:30 PM: Arrive home. OPTION B: Non-Work Day - 03:00 PM – 05:00 PM: Second Workout (Cardio/Boxing/Skill training). - 05:00 PM – 06:00 PM: Reading or Skill Learning. - 06:00 PM – 07:00 PM: Dinner. - 07:00 PM – 09:30 PM: Free time or more youtube work. 09:30 PM – 10:30 PM | The Wind Down - Hygiene: Night shower (Face wash last), brush teeth, night skincare, open bedroomroom window first. - Prepare: Lay out clothes for tomorrow; put a fresh T-shirt on your pillow. - Disconnect: Phone away by 10:00 PM.

The Path Of the Saiyan is Now Free But...
Sorry for the clickbait title, lol. Basically, The Path Of the Saiyan is Now Freemium, you can either pay for the membership to get it right away, or spend time posting consistency logs, in order to level up. It is unlocked at level 4. And from the looks of it, @Fath Dz has access to it. Shoutout to his consistency.

Build muscle and lose fat
Gym membership question
Do any of you plan to get a gym membership? If so, Im considering making a workout schedule for the gym in a later discipline step. I think ill build it up slowly for you guys, starting with calisthenics and progressing constantly and considerably, but at some point, its a good idea to get a gym membership due to the body getting too used to the same schedule.
