Learn how to cook Bengali cuisine
Hello everyone! I’m new to this platform. I’m looking for someone who likes to learn how to cook Bengali dishes from scratch in easy ways. Bengali food is little different from Indian or Pakistan. Please feel free to knock me. Thanks

Hilsa fish with mustard (শর্ষে ইলিশ)
Authentic Bengali cuisine. Hilsa(Iilish) is our (Bangladesh) national fish. Yup… you got it right. We have a national fish 🥰. To make this delicious dish we use obviously of course Hilsa fish, two types of mustard, onion-green chili, turmeric , red chili powder, coriander powder, ghee. Also I add secret that my mom passed down to me 🤫.

স্বাগতম (Welcome)
Hello everyone. My name is Farhana . I’m from Bangladesh. I love to cook my traditional food which I learned from my mom and grandmothers. Very simple and easy to try. I work full time, so don’t have enough time to spend cooking. So, I cook very simple Bengali dishes. Join my class to learn authentic Bengali dishes. Remember Bengali dishes are different than Indo-pak dishes.
