I started this credit card w/$1000 in May 2025. I recently added $4k to it and now the limit is $5,000. This is the difference between building credit w/a lower tier starter card (Credit One, First Premier) and starting w/a secured card. 🎈Secured Card - Gives you more control of your limit - You can add whenever you want - After 6 months Navy Federal will turn your secured card into an unsecured card. Now that money you put into your card is returned to you and you can repeat the process w/another institution!
