Worth the listen...
Ladies, last week on one of the Strategic Coaching calls, Ally shared a YouTube video of an interview from The Diary of a CEO and Chris Williamson. It is amazing and I encourage everyone to go watch it. So much of what we are working on is mindset and, being the beginning of a new year, this is interview is 🔥! So many good nuggets! Here's one of the things that me hard: Chris was talking about leaning your ladder on the wrong wall. At 58, this rocked me! How long have I been leaning my ladder on the wrong wall! I am so grateful for this group and everything that Ally shares with us. I finally feel like I am leaning my ladder on the right wall! Here is the link if you want to give it a listen: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q_vZ4H3uW28

@Ally Mona I just finished listening today. I need to go back and take notes. Most of the listening happened when I was driving.
NO COACHING This Week!
Enjoy the holidays, my friends! We’ll be back with Strategic Coaching (https://skool.com/allymona) and Friday’s Open Coaching NEXT week. May you find joy and rest this week ❤️

Merry Christmas!
Celebrating Darla today! Are you next?
@Darla Creese just committed to the first Content Co-Lab of 2026 — Quarter 1 — and I’m so proud of her. This woman has been doing the quiet, steady work behind the scenes. She finished her assets. She showed up for coaching. She’s been practicing consistency. And now she’s chosen to step into a space where she won’t be building alone anymore. Now here’s the thing… a lot of you are in the exact same season she was in: You know what to do, you’ve taken the free course, you’re learning the frameworks… but executing consistently still feels heavy, lonely, or confusing. That’s exactly why the Content Co-Lab exists. It’s a 3-month, high-touch, high-accountability cohort where I’m in the trenches with you — helping you actually produce content, refine your messaging, get out of your own head, and build the consistency you’ve been craving. It’s for the woman who says: • “I know the strategy… I just can’t seem to do it alone.” • “I freeze when it’s time to post.” • “I want accountability, clarity, feedback, and momentum.” • “I want to finally feel confident online.” If that’s you, here’s the website with all the details: 👉 allymona.org/colab And if you want to talk through whether this is your next right step — or what quarter you should aim for — book a call with me. (In fact, a call is required to join so we make sure it’s the right fit!) No pressure. No weird sales energy. Just clarity and direction. My calendar link is on that page ❤️ I’m so excited for Darla, and I’m excited for the women who will join her. This next cohort is going to be powerful. If your gut is nudging you… pay attention to that. You’re more than capable of building online. And you don’t have to do this next part alone. 🤍

The reverse engineering was mind blowing! I've created a few classes and this was new to me. I loved Shannon sharing that she's been in the NM business for 20+ years and this was the first time she had heard it as well! That, and the value stacking! @Darla Creese, I kept thinking of you and the AromaTouch hand and how to value stack that!
Editor Prompts for Chat
I was working on my story and struggling with the ending. Once I realized what it was, I asked Chat for some prompts to help when I was in the same situation again. I thought someone else might like them as well: Editor’s Prompt Guide Use these when something feels off, but you can’t tell why. 1. “Don’t fix it yet—tell me why this doesn’t feel right.”  → Helps me analyze flow, tone, or structure before rewriting. 2. “Can you read this like an editor and point out any redundancy or overlap?”  → Flags repeated ideas, emotions, or pacing slowdowns. 3. “What’s breaking the emotional flow here?”  → Identifies transitions that feel abrupt or disconnected. 4. “Does this section repeat something I’ve already said?”  → Keeps long-form stories, emails, or captions tight and focused. “Can you zoom out and tell me if this section earns its place?” → Ensures every paragraph moves the story or message forward.
