How was everybody's first week so far? How are you feeling?
What's everyone think about the first week of camp? Is it what you expected so far? For me, it was more than what I expected, in a great way way to start. I am a little sore in the good way though. But I am really happy and thankful for the enthusiasm I've seen from everybody in the gym and inside the app &looking forward for the rest of camp

I’m feeling a little sore but very proud of myself! 😊 And yes, I agree the enthusiasm and energy has been very high this camp. We’re off to a great start! πŸ’ͺ🏾

Does anyone else here struggle with food noise? I discovered recently my biggest weakness when it comes to training/healthy eating is literally my levels of stress & overthinking (food noise especially 😠) I also keep myself so busy that I forget I need to sit down & relax every now n then!! I’m grateful we’re trying to focus more on lowering cortisol & keeping our bodies at a normal level this camp because I need it right now BADπŸ˜‚ I don’t know about anyone else but I am ALWAYS in go mode!!

Yeah, same goes for me. I’m always on the go, so I’m either grabbing something quick to eat ( not always the healthiest options) or completely forgetting to eat altogether. I’m trying to be more intentional about that this time around and focusing on my cortisol level this camp is really helping me to slow down and tune in with my body so I can think clearer and make better choices for my body.
Grateful for movement!
Halfway through our first week of camp! Feeling sweaty but refreshed as outlook is everything. What’s something you’re grateful for? I’m grateful for the ability to move my body, something I couldn’t do this freely several years ago
