Solving the unsolvable
An example of why my approach to health and movement over the years never fails me. Even if some things can take a while to sort out: Last year I was dealing with this annoying wrist pain that also involved a restricted range of motion (ROM). I did everything I was taught. Mobility drills, eye drills, vestibular drills, etc. I was doing rope flow and warming up with wrist mobility drills. Nothing was helping all that much. So I left it alone. Started working almost exclusively on the brain stem, but with a focus on retained primitive reflexes and brain hemisphere imbalance. As well as cranial nerves and breathing - but in another context than the one I knew. In just a few weeks, my Scoliosis has corrected once again more than it has in probably several years (it's been correcting for the past almost ten years). I knew there was probably some pulling on the fascia and the nerves going on at a spinal level. And my hunch and theory seem to have been correct!! Other moving targets ofc such as re-visiting a few supplements such as niacinamide and iodine. But today, after taking a break from my groundwork movement routines, I realized my wrist wasn't actually bothering me. ROM is still a little restricted, but I AM PAIN FREE! This could have probably developed into full-blown arthritis in my wrist had I not addressed it. And this is how decrepitude sneaks up on us as we age. And after many decades, these things will take more and more effort to solve. Don't sleep on these small things. Address them at the root cause. Which indeed will often prove to be at a brain stem level affecting everything down the chain.
