I’ve decided to pivot my YouTube direction to follow my heart toward a niche that truly fits my background and experience. I want to build something that blends movement, mindset, and longevity, and where I can speak with real authority (as I am an osteopath, physio, pilates instructor, and massage therapist by training). A 6-week system to rebuild natural daily energy and focus through body–mind activation routines. 3. Posture Reset Challenge – For desk workers dealing with constant neck and back tension. A 30-day program to reset posture and ease pain through simple daily routines. 4. Mind–Body Balance System – For professionals who feel stressed or disconnected. A 30-day approach to restore calm and focus through gentle movement and mindfulness. 5. Mobility Maintenance 90 – For anyone active but struggling to stay consistent.
