When the student is ready the perfect teacher will appear, as they say! I am starting over at 72 and building a Skool community after coaching my private clients for over a decade. My Why 💛🌱 I do this because of love — pure, simple love for people. When someone comes to me struggling and leaves with more confidence, more clarity, more light in their eyes, my heart fills with a joy that nothing else can replicate. That joy is my fuel. Helping people does not feel like work to me — it feels like purpose. Everything in my life, every struggle, every season, every person who found their way to me, has been pointing here. And beyond purpose, I want to build a life where I am financially independent, present for my three children, and able to pour into them the same way I pour into the people I coach. But at the very center of it all is this — the love I have for people, and the indescribable joy I feel in my heart when someone's life is better because of an encounter with Keba. 💛🌱

My name is Kebabaletswe Molato — most people call me Keba — and I am the founder of KebaM Confidence & Growth. But before I tell you about my business, let me tell you about my life. Because that is where this all began. 💛 I was born and raised in Cape Town, South Africa Growing up here was beautiful — but it was also hard. Life in South Africa teaches you resilience whether you are ready for it or not. There were seasons where I carried more than I should have, questioned everything, and struggled in ways I never showed the world. And here is the part that still humbles me when I say it out loud: I was pouring into everyone around me — and running on empty myself. People would come to me. Friends, colleagues, family. They would leave our conversations feeling lighter, clearer, more hopeful. They would tell me: "Keba, you changed the way I see things." "You helped me see my work differently." "I am a better person because of a conversation with you." "You have impacted my life in ways you don't even know." And I would smile, feel grateful — and then go home and beat myself up. 💔 I would ask myself: Why am I not happy? Why am I not applying any of this to my own life? I am helping everyone else grow — but I am standing still in my own. I was giving away tools I was not using myself. And that contradiction broke me open in the most necessary way. Then something shifted — at work. 🏆 In my previous role, I worked in a customer-facing environment. Month after month, I was awarded certificates of customer compliments — recognized for the way I showed up, handled difficult situations, and made people feel seen and valued. And people around me started asking: "How do you do it, Keba? How do you handle customers the way you do? How do you stay calm, stay confident, and still win every month?" That is when something clicked inside me. This cannot just be for me. There are people in the same jobs, the same environments, facing the same pressures — who deserve to know what I know.

@Cynthia M. 🫂❤️Thank you for this — I am genuinely moved. 🙏 "God wastes nothing" — that line stopped me completely because it is exactly what I hold onto. Every hard season, every moment I felt lost, every time I had to dig deep just to keep going — I now understand that none of it was wasted. It was all preparation. My faith has been the anchor through it all. There were chapters of my life where God was the only one who knew the full story, and He still carried me through. Those experiences broke me open in ways that made me more compassionate, more resilient, and more equipped to sit with someone else in their struggle and say "I understand — and there is a way through." That is why I am becoming the coach I once needed. Not in spite of the challenges, but because of them. 💛 I am so grateful to be in a space where purpose, faith, and growth all belong in the same conversation. Thank you for seeing me and cheering me on. It means more than you know. 🌱🙏
