From multi-thousand-dollar deals to first real client automations, this week inside AIS+ was all about execution turning into confidence - and confidence turning into momentum. 🚀 Here are this week’s highlights inside AIS+ 👇 👉 @Nick Grijalva completed Phase 1 of an $8K client project, replacing hours of manual work with a clean file-sync automation. 👉 @David Kim closed a $11,795 setup + $7,732/month retainer, sharing powerful lessons on value-driven client calls. 👉 @Gerard Vazquez landed his first €1,500 end-to-end project after consistent outreach and free consults. 👉 @Kishan Shukla secured a contract role as an n8n AI Automation Engineer, turning skills into steady income. 👉 @Krishna A built an AI micro-SaaS for UGC ads, cutting ad creation time and cost dramatically. 🎥 Super Win Spotlight: @Jon Roth | First Client → Real Savings → Real Confidence Jon built his first professional automation for a niche 3D-printed auto-parts business. The workflow now saves the company ~$18,700 per year by replacing manual Shopify order processing and earned Jon $2,000 from his very first client. More importantly, the build gave him the confidence to pursue automation seriously, with multiple follow-up contracts already in motion. 🎥 Watch Jon share his journey 👇 Jon’s story is a reminder that one real build can change everything - confidence, direction, and belief in what’s possible. ✨ Want to start stacking wins like this? @Nate Herk Man, this is one of your best video, or at least the one I personally needed right now. Thanks a lot! For me (and probably for a lot of people), with all the shiny objects and fast changes in the AI automation world, it's sometimes difficult to pick a niche and application and actually START. Any recommendations?

@Jason Mudry Sure! Open to talk more about that😉
🙌 AIS is the #1 Tech Skool Community... but we need your help
Hey AIS fam, Good news and bad news. The good news, our community just hit #1 in the Tech category and #2 overall on Skool out of more than 175,000 communities! That’s incredible and a huge credit to all of you. The bad news is that with the growth, we’re seeing more spam, self-promotion, and discussions that aren't focused on AI or automation. Please help us keep this space clean and valuable by reporting any spam or self-promotion you see. Our admin team will take care of it quickly. This community is growing because of you, your engagement, questions, and support for one another. Let’s keep building a safe, focused space to learn and grow together. Cheers, Nate

Hi everyone! I’m Gerard, originally from Barcelona, Spain 🇪🇸, but for the last few years I’ve been living between Australia and Bali 🌏. Super happy to join this community! By background I’m an industrial automation engineer, and I finished a master’s in AI just before ChatGPT-3 came out. Since then, I’ve been traveling, freelancing, and experimenting with projects around sales, marketing, and digital products. Now I feel it’s time to reconnect with my roots: automation, AI, technology and above all, solving real problems. I’m starting this new journey with the goal of eventually building a SaaS or AI agency. I know beginnings are never easy, but I’m excited to learn, put in the work, and grow alongside people who are already pushing in this space. Looking forward to sharing experiences, learning from you all, and getting inspired along the way. 😉

@Tatyana Gray Etkin thank you!
From Survival Mode to Real Growth
Not too long ago, I was stuck in a 9–5, barely making enough to cover the bills. Life felt like it was on repeat, work, pay, stress, repeat. I tried different online ventures and failed more times than I can count. But one thing I didn’t quit on was showing up consistently. That persistence finally paid off, I built a system that now generates over $50,000+ in a month. The real win isn’t just the income, it’s the freedom. Freedom to take care of my family, make my own choices, and focus on growth instead of just survival. Now, I’m exploring new ways to scale even further and it feels like I’m just getting started. ---- What was the single decision or mindset shift that helped you move from just getting by to actually growing?

Congrats @Carter Isabella ! 🙌 Really happy for you, your story is truly inspiring. Sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is simply stay consistent and keep showing up, even when the results take time. Could you share what type of system did you build that allowed you to scale this way?
