Hi everyone, I am so excited to be sharing this journey with you all. I am from Birmingham in the United Kingdom, spent 18 years in the Royal Air Force and then took on a coaching role which I loved. I then ran my own company as a business coach until 2005 when I succumbed to Chronic Fatigue Syndrome which poleaxed me over night. Spent 6 months bedbound and then 2 years in a wheelchair.
