Social Media vs. Skool
You may have heard that I deactivated some of my social media accounts. I've kept... - YouTube for retargeting - Facebook for Meta Ads But everything else I am taking a break from. Call is midlife brain fog, or raising cortisol levels, but it just doesn't give me joy anymore. Plus, I receive much more organic growth from Skool in our communities, than I have from the 7 years I've been on social media for business. Check out these facts between Social Media vs. Skool. (see infographic below) You've got to show up somewhere for your business...why not where you can see the pay-back and it gives you joy. What's your plan in 2026? @Mona Weathers I completely understand that, Mona. I think sometimes we almost force ourselves to stay in spaces that no longer fit where we are or how we want to work 😊 There’s something very freeing about recognising what actually gives you energy rather than constantly draining it.

Got Money❓💰❓
Most women don’t have a money problem.They have a money decision fatigue problem. 💸 Here’s what I mean: Every day you’re making financial decisions like: 🗝️ “Can I spend this?” 🗝️ “Should I pay this bill now or later?” 🗝️ “Why is there never enough left over?” 🗝️ “Am I allowed to enjoy my money?” And when every decision feels emotional your nervous system stays activated. That’s why more income alone doesn’t create peace. What changed everything for me after paying off $100K of debt was creating a simple framework I now call the Money Multiplier System. Instead of budgeting every penny, I gave every dollar a purpose. Here’s the basic structure: 💸 Needs 💸 Savings 💸 Fun 💸 Giving 💸 Debt / Investments That one shift stopped me from: 🌬️ reacting emotionally 🌬️ overspending from stress 🌬️ avoiding my numbers 🌬️ feeling guilty every time I spent money And started helping me: 🗝️ feel calm looking at my accounts 🗝️ make decisions faster 🗝️save consistently 🗝️actually trust myself with money Most people think financial peace comes from making more (so did I). In my experience it comes from having a spending plan your nervous system actually feels safe following. What’s one money decision that keeps replaying in your head lately? 🗝️🌬️💖💸

@Lisa Drennon - For me, it starts with slowing the body down first. Even a few minutes of breathing, EFT tapping, walking, or grounding helps create enough safety for the mind to stop spiralling a bit 💛
