Visibility Reset: What are you posting this week?
If visibility has been sitting in the back of your mind again… this is your reset. No overthinking. No perfect plan. Just decide what you’re sharing this week and get it out of your head. What are you posting? - A post - A story - Sharing something you've already created - Something simple just to show up Drop it below πŸ‘‡ If you’ve been stuck on what to post, start here: Use one simple format, share one idea, and move on. (And if you want something that gives you exactly what to post in 10 minutes, I have something coming for you this week so stay tuned. But, for now, just pick something and go).

I need to promote a few collabs this week, but given how NASA's Artemis crew has been exploring the moon, I think I'll share with my newsletter a bit about the story behind my business name, Stargazed Studio, because it's closely tied to my love for the universe.

Welcome to The Visibility Vault 🌟 I'm so glad you're here! This is a public space for coaches, healers, Skool community, and other small business owners doing real work behind the scenes who want to get better at sharing it… in a way that actually feels sustainable. Over and over again, I’ve seen that being seen is one of the biggest challenges for introverted, highly sensitive, and neurodivergent solopreneurs. And I get it - I'm on this journey too. So I’m documenting my own visibility experiments here, and inviting you along. I’m building this out in real time. πŸ”¬ You’ll see what I’m testing, sharing, and experimenting with each week and you’re welcome to follow along, try things for yourself, and share as you go. The aim? To gently expand your visibility without the cycle of finally posting… and then disappearing for months (or just not sharing at all) 🌟 How to use this space: Start simple: - Watch or read something that stands out to you - Try one small way of sharing your work - If you want to, post what you’re working on or experimenting with and how it's going That’s it. Your first tiny visibility step, if you wish to take it: πŸ‘‹ Introduce yourself Drop a comment below and share: - Your name - What kind of work you do - One thing you’ve been meaning to share but haven’t yet ‼️ A Quick Note This is a public space, so posts here are visible outside the group (similar to posting on social media) If you’re looking for more privacy, structure, or support, you’re welcome to explore my private community, The Cozy Business Quest. Looking forward to seeing you share your work! - Katherine

Hi everyone, I've been here for a few days but finally introducing myself. This group started very timely for me, because I've actually been planning on focusing more on visibility for the next quarter, and I've been wanting to find new ideas to experiment with. I am a senior designer and creative partner, and my expertise is helping small business owners create a seamless online experience that brings their audience closer to their goals. My focus is human-first, relationship-centered funnels. So, I pretty much teach people about creating and online presence that connects with others in a human way. I've worked as a designer for 18+ years, and launches my own business 9 years ago. But I really want to transition from executing design to teaching strategic design. So, I want to use visibility to help me showcase my new direction. I am from Costa Rica, but I live in Utah, USA. When I'm not working, I'm watching shows, painting my nails, or playing Sudoku while listening to an audio book. I am also focusing on having weekly artist dates (based on the Artist Way), to make sure I keep my creativity nurtured outside of work as well. Nice to meet you all!

@Katherine Mackenzie-Smith I have this presentation from a couple of years ago: https://www.loom.com/share/7d813af1d1964d94992f676495b065d3 -- the most recent stuff I have is inside of courses. My approach is using existing marketing techniques, but being intentional about the human interactions they'll create, setting things up always taking the audience into account, and making sure we don't put our audience through uncomfortable situations. And because of my background, I usually use web-centered marketing.
What I’m testing this week (visibility experiment #2)
Last week I focused on just doing what I was already doing, or already committed to. What I can see, upon reflection, is that there's often a lot more happening than i think! But actually keeping track of it is really helping. What I did: πŸ‘‰ Showed up and left helpful comments and posts in communities I'm in on Skool πŸ‘‰ Launched this group - and started running ads to it for $10/day πŸ‘‰ Participated in @Kylie Kelly's audio summit last week that also brought a lot more energy and attention than usual Showing up in groups without any attachment to outcome or "getting anything" other than connection is my FAVOURITE strategy and will always be the thing I recommend to someone more than anything else. Even 10 minutes a day can make a huge difference This week I'm focusing on a more intentional content flow that I'll be testing for all of April (minimum). What about you? Are you trying something new this week? Or repeating something that felt really good from last week? Share in the comments and let's get ideas from each other ‡️

I feel like March was a very busy month, with a couple of summits and bundles I was in, so, a lot of showing up. This week I want to take things a bit more slow, so, my main focus will be writing a good but grounded newsletter, and then focus on client work and planning some visibility projects for Q2 :)

My win was the Coworking event I hosted -- I had three people show up, but all three were new to my email list, and all three joined from collaborations I've done in the past month. So, I love that I'm seeing past visibility events bringing people in that are interested in being part of what I do.
Share a Visibility Post or Opportunity you're testing this week
If you’re working on something this week, this is your place to share it. It's an ongoing thread, so feel free to come in any time - all I ask is that if you do share, you take a look at what others in the thread have contributed and cheer them on too. Reciprocity is a magical thing πŸ₯° It could be: - a post you’re thinking about - something you’ve already shared - something you’re building behind the scenes - an idea you want to put out there Drop it below πŸ‘‡ links allowed if it's already live!

I hosted an event yesterday, a focused Coworking session. Three people attended, all three people that have joined my newsletter in the past three weeks, so, it was a great opportunity to connect with new audience members. My goal for now is to host a focused Coworking session once a month, to create opportunities to kepp meeting members of my audience better ☺️
