My story
My story when I was born with a cleft palate so i felt different from the other kids so I didn't had a lot friend growing up and at the age of 13 I was bully but 2 girl on social media on icq about my weight because of jealousy because my parents bought me toys stuff that there parents couldn't like a pool and trampoline and other toys plus that where my food addiction started and I had even ideal of suicide myself but I had 2 teacher that really help me because I want to see the principal with it and he made it like a joke so I never went to see my parents because of think they will only laugh at me. So now that I know they will had help me but I was scare of going see them because of the situation with the principal. The fitness started when I got my first fitbit watch to reach my goal 8 years ago than I started to walk 13km to help me with the anxiety in me thar had cause because of losing a job that I love doing because they didn't want me there. Now that I work full time at a job that I love because of the owner that stop me on the side of the road 3 year ago because if he didn't did that I will had no go see for that job because in my mond I thought that I will never get a other job because of being fired. After being there for 4 month my first manager saw in me that I had bad anxiety so he talk with me and explain that there was a program for the employees if I want to talk to someone and it the best thing that happen to me because I was able to open up about anxiety and letting go my past. Now just seeing where I am now just in 15 month that I am on skool really help get out of my shyness and anxious with all your support and encouragement that I could do it. I thanks you guys and appreciate you. I will be speaking on January 24 2026 at 6pm in the Evolution Summit 2026 in the community of Evolution Foundations plus i am excited to be there

Shannon's 12 Days of Christmas! 🎄⭐
Inspired by @Brennan Thompson's and @Sarah Geelan's 12 Days of Christmas posts! Here's my 12 Days of Christmas – HuRU Edition! 🎄✨ On the 12 Days of Christmas, this year gave to me… ✨🎄 12 “well… that wasn’t on my bingo card” moments 11 ideas I swore I’d start “next week” 10 times choosing people over perfection 9 internal pep talks that absolutely counted 8 half-finished notebooks (RIP) 7 moments of overthinking 6 plot twists I did NOT request 5 deep sighs 😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨 4 real human connections 3 mindset shifts 2 honest “what am I even doing?” talks And ONE community that made it all feel lighter 🎉 No partridges. No pear trees. Just growth, laughter, and figuring it out in real time. 🎶 This is my 2025 remix. Who’s brave enough to drop theirs next? 😎

Let’s have some fun!! 🤩 I asked ChatGPT to sum up my year to the 12 days of Christmas and this is what it gave me! Give it a whirl and let me know what yours says!! 🎄 On the 12 Days of Christmas, This Year Gave to Me… 12 brave moments of choosing yourself Even when it felt uncomfortable, unfamiliar, or scary—you showed up for you. 11 honest conversations Hard talks, boundary-setting, truth-telling, and moments where your voice finally mattered. 10 lessons in letting go Of guilt, old roles, people-pleasing, and versions of yourself that no longer fit. 9 levels of growth unlocked Personally, emotionally, spiritually, and through the communities you built and nurtured. 8 weeks of deep healing work Exploring narcissistic dynamics, self-worth, and reclaiming your identity—layer by layer. 7 days a week of showing up For your kids, your students, your communities, and still learning to show up for yourself too. 6 moments of clarity Where the fog lifted and you could finally see what you don’t want—and what you deeply do. 5 core values grounding you Integrity. Authenticity. Compassion. Courage. Connection. (And you actually lived them.) 4 safe spaces created Where moms, parents, and hurting hearts felt seen, understood, and less alone. 3 big leaps of faith In your voice, your work, your calling—and trusting that you’re being guided. 2 versions of you reconciled The strong survivor and the soft, healing woman learning to rest and receive. 1 powerful truth reclaimed ✨ You are enough—and always have been. ✨
