Welcome 🤗!
Share Anything ❤️
Share whatever you’re working on or proud of right now. This community is full of creators, authors, and entrepreneurs, and sometimes the best thing we can do is help each other get a little more visibility. 💡 IDEAS ON WHAT YOU COULD SHARE: • Yourself and what you do • Your Skool community • A book you're writing or recently published • A project you're building • A shoutout to another member • A video, post, or resource • Affiliate links (yes, those are allowed) The goal is simple: help our members get seen. Just one request so this stays valuable for everyone. 👉 1 RULE: If you share something, please also leave a thoughtful or helpful comment on someone else’s post. Support goes both ways, and when we all participate, the whole community benefits. Now let’s see what everyone is building 👇

@Amanda Owens lol 😆 I do cook, bake and talk about it a lot! Or just eat lol! And that coloring book is all about it! It’s cool that you guys connected, when I moved to the US, it was a great way to connect , going to the craft or fabric store. I learned how to make quilts here and made a few friends along the way! I just love sharing and learning about different cultures! 😀🇫🇷💓🇺🇸

@Krista Brea thank you so much! 😊
📚 New Printing Option on KDP
Amazon KDP has introduced a new paper type called Groundwood Paper, giving authors another option when publishing black-and-white books. One of the biggest benefits? Lower printing costs. For example, a 6x9 black-and-white paperback with approximately 150 pages currently has a printing cost of around $2.80. Switching to Groundwood Paper brings that down to approximately $2.71. Now, I know what you're thinking... "Krista, that's only 9 cents." And you're right. But if you sell 100 copies, that's an extra $9 in your pocket. Sell 1,000 copies and that's $90. Sell 10,000 copies and now we're talking about real money. Small improvements to your royalty margins can add up significantly over time. Groundwood paper also offers a more traditional book feel that readers are accustomed to seeing in many mass-market paperbacks. That said, every publishing decision comes with trade-offs. You'll want to consider whether the paper quality and appearance align with your brand and reader expectations before making any changes to existing books. 🤔 I'm curious... Will you be updating any of your existing books to use Groundwood Paper? Or will you only use it for future projects? Drop your thoughts below!
