I try doing a little shoulders then endup not doing legs at all 😂😂😂
Progression not Perfection
You won’t always want to train, eat well, go to bed, etc… the goal isn’t to be perfect, that’s impossible. The goal is to be better than yesterday, week, month… Eat one more piece of broccoli than yesterday. Do one more rep than last week. Gain 5lbs more this month than last… What can you do today, that will make you better than yesterday?

Competition Idea
Everyone in here wants to improved their physique, but not everyone is at the same point in the journey. We will have a category called “Habit Tracker”, whoever is the most consistent with their daily posts will win. If more than one person have a perfect score, there will be a live workout competition recorded live between those people that everyone can watch. The winner of this competition gets a 1 hour sit down with me. I will create them a one month nutrition/exercise program personalized to their needs (See attached images). Thoughts? Vote and comment
